How can I find a shipment that has gone out?

You can quickly find records for both pending shipments and those that have already been completed.

To find a shipment record:

  1. Navigate to the Shipping tab and click on Shipments in the shortcut menu. Here, you can search by recipient company, recipient contact, shipment number, asset tag, or inventory tag, and status (pending or shipped) — just type in your filter term and click Search.

Click on the Advanced Search link (below Search) to make these additional search options available: sender company, sender contact, tracking number, courier, note, ship date, date modified, and the presence (or absence) of attachments. (Click on the box next to Attachment(s) - if the box is checked, the search filters for attachments.)
